Introduction

Yellowstone International and its affiliated companies (hereinafter ‘Yellowstone’) will handle your personal data with the utmost care. Yellowstone will ensure that the personal data you provide are treated confidentially and discretely. We will process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’) and other privacy regulations.

Which Data?

Although you can access Yellowstone’s website without your personal data being stored, Yellowstone will process the personal data you provide when you fill in a form or send us a message. You could provide the following personal data:

The data Yellowstone processes of its business relations include: names, contact details (telephone numbers and e-mail addresses), and job title(s) of contacts.

For its employees Yellowstone has a log-in system on the website. This website is intended solely for employeesto access their personnel files (including but not limited to salary statements). Purposes of Data Processing

Yellowstone processes your personal data to comply with its obligations under an agreement with you. The purpose of this data processing is to provide you with information on services Yellowstone thinks you might be interested in, to answer your questions, to provide your data to third parties if required by law and to give you access to important information.
Yellowstone stores your personal data to allow you access to certain sections and options of the website, to keep you informed of Yellowstone’s activities and to ensure that the content of the website is presented to you in the best and most effective manner.

How Long Do We Keep Your Data

Yellowstone will not keep your data longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which your data are collected. The retention periods are: 7 years to comply with administrative obligations and in other cases for the duration of the agreement.

Without your explicit consent Yellowstone will not disclose your personal data to third parties for direct marketing purposes (e.g. advertising). However, Yellowstone may disclose your data to third parties if required to render services to you and/or if such data cannot be used to identify you personally. Lastly, Yellowstone may provide your data to third parties if required by law, or in court proceedings and/or if Yellowstone deems necessary to protect its rights.

Yellowstone may forward the personal data obtained from its business relations if necessary to realise the objectives of the business relationship. To verify your identity, we kindly request you to enclose a copy of your ID with your request, in which your photo and BSN number have been redacted to protect your privacy. Yellowstone will inform you within four weeks as to whether such data are being processed. If so, Yellowstone will send you a statement of the personal data it has, the purposes of processing, of the categories of data to which the processing relates and of the recipients and information about the origin of the data.

Right to Correct, Supplement, Erase and Block Data

You may request Yellowstone to correct or supplement or delete and destroy data relating to you that are factually incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant to the purposes set out in this privacy statement or are processed contrary to legal provisions.
