As Senior Account Manager, I play a vital role in advising our employees on the Dutch labour market and maintaining communication between both employees and recruiters/agencies.
My tasks include onboarding both new clients and contractors. I arrange appointments for on-the-job intakes, meeting everyone in person. Often I have already had contact with employees before arriving in the Netherlands. For me, this personal contact remains one of the most valuable aspects of my job.
In addition, Yellowstone also offers support to employees in finding suitable housing, opening bank accounts and any other matters. Over the years, we have built up a nice network of permanent partners, including lawyers, (int.) employment specialists and estate agents. It is very important to me that the contractor’s private situation is well taken care of, so that he or she can fully concentrate on the new project.
I am not available on Fridays after 2 pm.
