Senior Account Operations Manager

As Senior Account Manager, I play a vital role in advising our employees on the Dutch labour market and maintaining communication between both employees and recruiters/agencies.
My tasks include onboarding both new clients and contractors. I arrange appointments for on-the-job intakes, meeting everyone in person. Often I have already had contact with employees before arriving in the Netherlands. For me, this personal contact remains one of the most valuable aspects of my job.
In addition, Yellowstone also offers support to employees in finding suitable housing, opening bank accounts and any other matters. Over the years, we have built up a nice network of permanent partners, including lawyers, (int.) employment specialists and estate agents. It is very important to me that the contractor’s private situation is well taken care of, so that he or she can fully concentrate on the new project.

I am not available on Fridays after 2 pm.

Senior Account Manager

After successfully completing my commercial training in 2006, I joined Yellowstone. I followed in-house training, which enabled me to participate in all departments before starting as a junior account manager. Now I am a senior account manager in which I am responsible for all payroll-related issues. I also advise anyone interested in using Yellowstone’s services and manage the Payroll team.

Senior Account Manager

In 2017, I started my career at Yellowstone as an intern during my graduation period. I enjoyed this so much that I decided to return and started in the payroll department in 2018. I grew to Senior Account Manager since then. As Senior Account Manager, I am the first point of contact for anyone who wants to involve Yellowstone’s services. This can be clients and, of course, the candidates themselves. My work mainly relates advising on payroll, contract management, employment law, expat services, and advice on tax and social security.

I also manage the payroll team together with my immediate colleague Paul van Berlo. Together with Stefano, we are the company emergency response team, keeping everyone safe!

Junior Account Manager

In 2023, I joined Yellowstone as a Jr. Account manager. I started with training from my immediate colleagues where I gained experience and learned all the different tasks as an account manager. Part of my work therefore consists of contact with customers, contractors and I make sure pay slips are processed correctly. I also help my colleague Natasja with Yellowstone’s social media.
