Senior Account Operations Manager

Giving more than I receive isn’t something I see as exceptional; it’s simply who I am.

As a Senior Account Manager and Internal Confidential Adviser, I’m the trusted point of contact for both new and existing clients and professionals. From new partnerships and contract management to questions about pay or employment terms, I make sure you receive clear answers and the support you need.

I believe in direct lines of communication, productive conversations and practical solutions. No unnecessary complications, just clear answers. And if I don’t have the answer straight away, I’ll find it for you.

Committed, reliable and approachable. That’s how I work. I enjoy thinking things through, taking action and making sure everything is taken care of properly.

Outside of work, my family comes first. I also enjoy exploring new places on foot and spending time in the kitchen cooking for the people around me.

I’m here for you from Monday through Thursday. Friday is for me.

Senior Account Manager

Finding practical solutions to complex challenges is what makes my work interesting.

As a Senior Account Manager, I’m the main point of contact for both clients and professionals, making sure our services are just as well organised behind the scenes as they are on the front line. Whether it’s contracts, payroll, employment law or a question about our services, I’m always happy to think along and help you move forward quickly.

My strength? Combining in-depth expertise with a practical mindset. Of course, I look at what is legally possible, but above all I focus on what works best in practice. Thanks to my experience, I can switch quickly, connect the dots and find solutions that don’t just work today, but also stand the test of time.

What can you expect from me? Commitment, reliability and a proactive approach. I value clear communication, short lines of communication and keeping promises. And if there’s a smarter or better solution out there, I’ll gladly go looking for it.

And outside of work? You’ll often find me on the volleyball court or out walking with my dog, Appa. One thing is certain: Appa makes sure I stay active long after the working day is over.

The rest of the week? That’s for you.

Medior Account Manager

For me, a successful working relationship starts with personal contact and clear communication.

As a Medior Account Manager, I’m, like my colleagues, a point of contact for both clients and candidates. You can come to me with questions about our services, cost calculations or how Yellowstone operates as the formal employer. I like to keep a clear overview, communicate openly and make clear agreements. No complicated explanations — just making sure everything is organised properly.

My strength? Being able to respond quickly without losing sight of the detail. I enjoy thinking things through and finding practical solutions that work for the people involved.

What can you expect from me? Someone who keeps their word, communicates clearly and follows through on commitments. I believe the best working relationships are built on trust, reliability and personal contact.

And outside of work? You’ll often find me on the football pitch or in the gym. Staying active gives me fresh energy, which I bring back with me to work the next day.

I’m here for you from Monday to Friday.

Junior Account Manager

For me, work is all about helping people move forward.

As a Junior Account Manager, I support the account management team with incoming requests. I help find solutions to questions and challenges and make sure candidates can move forward quickly and with confidence. No two days are ever the same, and that variety is exactly what I enjoy most about my work.

My strength? Working collaboratively, thinking things through and providing support where it’s needed. I’m flexible, able to move easily between different tasks, quick to set priorities and good at keeping a clear overview. That helps me stay organised and keep everything running smoothly, even during busy periods.

What can you expect from me? Someone who takes the time to think things through, works carefully and is always willing to help. I take every question seriously, make sure commitments are followed through and work hard to be someone candidates can rely on.

And outside of work? You’ll often find me leading groups as a sports instructor. It’s where everything comes together for me: staying active, working with others and encouraging people to get the very best out of themselves.

I’m here for you from Tuesday to Friday. Monday is for me.
