Payroll

I enjoy working in the Payroll department since 2018, where, together with my colleagues, I am responsible for processing all data related to our payroll. During my 30-year career, I have always worked in payroll, but never before have I experienced so much variety in my work. The diversity of our employees, who come from all parts of the world and have different agreements or arrangements, makes my work fascinating.

With my extensive experience, I hope to contribute to supporting my colleagues in providing accurate payslips and information to our employees, agencies and end customers.

I am available every day.

Payroll

Since September 2023, I have been part of Yellowstone’s Payroll team along with Rob & Donny. My role covers a wide range of tasks, ranging from administrative support to the accurate processing of data, such as timesheets, declarations and invoices, to ensure that every paycheck is prepared correctly. What makes this work so fascinating is its diversity – no two days are the same.
Coming from Poland, I am particularly impressed by the multicultural composition of the contractor workforce at Yellowstone. It is inspiring to see how employees from all over the world come together and work through Yellowstone.

I am available every day.

Payroll

With a versatile background in International Business Management and Political History, I have been working with great enthusiasm at Yellowstone since September 2025 as Equal Benefits Specialist (Inlenersbeloning) Although I am part of our great Payroll team, this project stands largely on its own. Starting in 2026, agency workers will receive increased equal renumeration, which brings significant changes for many of our clients.

My role involves mapping out employment conditions across our sectors and advising my colleagues at Yellowstone on the correct application and opportunities within the new equal pay framework. This ensures that our agency workers receive what they are entitled to, that we can communicate clearly and efficiently with our clients, and that legislation is applied correctly.

In short, I help ensure that the level of service you have come to expect from Yellowstone remains reliable and supportive, even with upcoming ABU CLA changes.Alongside my work, I am pursuing a part-time Master’s degree in History of Politics and Society.

I am not available on Mondays and Fridays.

Payroll

After 25 years working with Dutch multinationals, I started working at Yellowstone’s payroll department in May 2014. My colleagues receive personal data, timesheets, expense reports and invoices. I process this information every month taking into account the most favourable tax solution, in order to optimise our employees’ net salaries. My knowledge and experience as a payroll administrator has made me the person people go to with special assignments or sizeable sub-assignments, such as anything related to the Research and Development (Promotion) Act.

I’m not available on Fridays.
