After 25 years with Dutch multinationals, I joined Yellowstone International’s payroll department in May 2014. My co-workers receive personal data, timesheets, expense sheets and invoices. I process that information every month in the most favourable way in terms of taxes, to optimize the net salaries of our employees. Although originally a payroll administrator, my knowledge and experience have made me the person people go to with special assignments or sizable sub-assignments, such as anything to do with the Research and Development (Promotion) Act.

I work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Since 2018 I have been assisting the Payroll department, and in particular Rob (Marcelissen), in processing all data related to our payroll records. Over my 30-year career I have always worked in payroll administration but never before has my work been so varied and rewarding. Our employees hail from all corners of the world, and they all want something else, come under different regulations, and so on. That is what makes my job so interesting. I hope that with my experience I can join my co-workers in keeping our employees, recruiters and recipient companies happy.

I had been an accountant and head of accounts with a moving company for more than 30 years, when in March 2019 I joined Yellowstone International’s Payroll department. With Rob (Marcelissen) and Donny (Janssen) I am responsible for processing all salary-related data. Although I am a recent addition, it feels like home already. I give it my all to make the tax optimisation appear in our employees’ personal portals every month.

Senior Payroll Administrator

After a multifaceted career with various (big) accountancy firms spanning more than 25 years I have been working in Yellowstone International’s Payroll department since May 2018. I am responsible for national payrolling and in that position I am the go-to for our clients if they have questions about payrolling, collective labour agreements, terms of employment and so on. We work closely with regular partners like (employment) lawyers, pension advisors, accountants, civil law notaries and insurance intermediaries. We are basically a one-stop shop. Just ask and I will coordinate the entire process of services requested, internally and externally.
