Sinds september 2023 maak ik samen met Rob en Donny deel uit van het salaristeam van Yellowstone. Mijn takenpakket is zeer divers en omvat uiteenlopende werkzaamheden, van administratieve ondersteuning tot het nauwkeurig verwerken van gegevens zoals urenstaten, aangiften en facturen, om ervoor te zorgen dat elke salarisbetaling correct wordt voorbereid. Wat dit werk zo boeiend maakt, is de afwisseling – geen dag is hetzelfde.
Als Pool ben ik bijzonder onder de indruk van de multiculturele samenstelling van het personeelsbestand van Yellowstone. Het is inspirerend om te zien hoe medewerkers van over de hele wereld samenwerken bij Yellowstone.

As a Senior Payroll Administrator, I ensure salaries are processed accurately and on time. You can come to me with questions about your payslip, payroll changes or anything else related to your salary. I believe it’s important that people know where they stand and that their questions are answered quickly, clearly and with genuine care.

I always look beyond the numbers. If something isn’t clear, I’m happy to think along and find a solution. I want candidates to feel heard and supported so they can move forward with confidence.

My greatest strengths? Being solution-focused, working accurately and being able to switch gears quickly.

What can you expect from me? Reliability, clear communication and someone who takes the time to think things through with you. I believe in keeping commitments and making sure you can trust that your salary is taken care of properly. And if a question does come up, I’m here to help find the answer together.

For me, it’s not just about solving problems—it’s also about finding smarter ways of doing things. Working more efficiently and removing unnecessary steps is something I genuinely enjoy, and I’m always happy to share that experience with others.

What can you expect from me? A proactive attitude, someone who thinks things through with you, and one thing I never compromise on: a promise is a promise. For me, that’s not just a saying—it’s simply how I work.

And when I’m not working? I’m probably spending time with my children and grandchildren, or somewhere celebrating Carnival in costume—those days are sacred to me.

Fair pay for everyone sounds simple enough, but someone has to make sure it actually happens.

As a Specialist in Equal Pay, I ensure our candidates receive the compensation they are entitled to: pay that matches employees in the same role, in line with collective labour agreement regulations that have been in place since 1 January 2026. It’s not something to take lightly, because at the end of the day, it’s about someone’s income.

My strength? I’m enthusiastic, eager to learn and I enjoy bringing people together. And attention to detail? That comes naturally to me. I like creating structure and genuinely enjoy getting to the bottom of things. It’s a role that suits me perfectly.

What can you expect from me? Quality, care and someone who thinks along with you—not just about today’s question, but also about how things can be improved for tomorrow.

And when I’m not behind my desk? I’m probably on the road somewhere. Travelling has always been a passion of mine, from my days as a tour guide. These days, I explore Europe with my partner and our three young children. A little less adventurous perhaps, but every bit as enjoyable.
