Salary thresholds highly-skilled migrants 2023

The new amounts apply to new applications and/or extensions that the Immigration and
Naturalisation Service (‘IND’) on or after 1 January 2023

If you wish to hire a highlyskilled migrant, you must pay the minimum salaries specified below:
– Highly-skilled migrants aged 30 years and over: EUR 5008 per month
– Aged 30 years and younger EUR 3672 per month
For graduates of Dutch universities or international universities
in the top 200 of one of the rankings, who enter your employment within three years of graduating: EUR 2631 per month
